What types of hair do you offer?
We offer three types of quality hair we offer are BASIC, PREMIUM, and RAW quality of hair, you should be able to find the perfect hair based on your budget within these levels of quality hair.
Basic Hair Quality
This is the perfect hair for someone who is on a budget and who is not planning on coloring or doing a quick weave install where you are cutting the wefts and not worried about a re-install.
Premium Hair Quality
The ratio of long hairs is really strong with the premium hair. This means there are fewer short hairs in the bundle to give it a more full appearance. You can dye this hair but it's not recommended for colors over a #27 honey blonde. Anytime you are trying to dye hair to a real blonde we only suggest using raw hair. Is it possible, yes? We just don't recommend it. Premium hair is more expensive than basic hair.
What Is Remy Hair?
Remy Hair is the greatest and most affordable when it comes down to its quality. The reason being is that the hair’s cuticles are kept intact and are going to be facing the same direction no matter what. When all the extensions' hair is flowing in the same direction, you are less likely to experience complications such as tangles or matting. You also have the option of blending the weave with your natural roots. Human hair is collected directly from hair donors with the cuticle still intact. The cuticle is the outermost, water-resistant layer of the hair and serves to protect the hair. Remy hair which is not considered virgin hair is still 100% real human hair but it has been processed after being harvested from the donors. Remy hair is collected in a method in which all hair strands stay aligned in the natural direction as it grew (i.e. holding the hair in a ponytail and cutting), top at top, and ends at ends, to maintain the natural texture pattern and cuticle direction. This process ensures that the hair remains super soft, shiny, and silky and this eliminates tangling problems.
Raw Hair
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that is collected from one donor. It has never been chemically processed or had any heat applied to it. Raw hair comes in its natural state, unlike virgin hair. This is the highest quality today and more expensive. Raw hair is very natural looking and blends very well with your own hair. The bundles are fuller and can last up to 5 years with proper care. It’s basically unaltered and therefore 100% pure hair. Raw hair only comes in three textures, Straight, Curly, and Wavy.

Can I place a custom order?
Currently, we are not accepting custom orders.
What is the processing time for my order?
All orders are processed within 48 business hours from the time the order is placed.
When should I expect to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 48 business hours from the time the order is placed. All weekly restock orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary due to conditions caused by COVID-19.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
An order can be canceled only if the cancellation notice has been received prior to shipment. If the item has been shipped prior to receiving your request for cancellation, the item must be returned in all its original packaging in order to receive a refund. Once the item has been returned in the new and unused condition a full refund will be provided. Cancellation requests can be sent to info@ucherstyles.com.
How do I get a refund?
A full refund of your order will be granted when the item(s) purchased is returned in new and unused condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
How are items Shipped?
We use USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex, items under one pound will be shipped first class with tracking. If your item is over that it will be shipped USPS priority. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
When will my item(s) get to me?
Your items will take at least 4-6 business days to process your order, we will get a tracking number when your package has left our facility.
How do i cancel an order?
We aim to process orders on the same day. We do not allow the cancelations of orders. If you purchase the wrong item, please contact our customer service department via email: refunds@ucherstyles.com. However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process.
Do you give refunds?
No, unfortunately, we do not. Items can be returned for store credit only. Please visit our return policy page for more details.
Can I call to order?
No, we do not offer call-to-order.
Do you hold items?
No, unfortunately not. We have a high turnover of products so we can not hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing or have questions, please send us an email. Info@ucherstyles.com
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed and/or text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email returns@ucherstyles.com as soon as possible
Provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after using the item.
Why was my order canceled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be canceled immediately.
Can I use numerous promotional codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
